I had reservation but never actually stayed there. I was paid in full and had a bad experience with my rental car at airport( there were no cars) I have had difficulty getting my reimbursement after several calls and emails. I was told and so was AAA travel told they could not find me in the system.
1. staff failed to wear name tags. In any social or business setting one wants to know who they are talking to. 2. Phone in room has no contact with front desk. A problem when you have to go to the front desk if there is a problem in the room or a noisy party in the next room. 3. I have seen better than average continental breakfast bars. Glad for the bar, but it needs to improve over others I have experienced. 4. Room didn't smell, linens were clean, necessary items found in bathroom. All were average, but were positive observations. 5. Price for room was reasonable for a 3 star motel. 6. Ultimate question is "Would we stay at motel again?" Yes is the answer.
