This modern hotel boasts upscale appointments, oversize rooms and an easy walk to Glendale Stadium or the Westgate shopping/dining area. Smoke free premises. 149 units. 4 stories, interior corridors. Accessibility (Call).

The experience was marginal at best. We reserved a suite and were given a small handicap accessible room instead. I realize that we have to be flexible when traveling with pets so we didn't really raise this as an issue. But the rest of the experience was not up to even average standards. No hand soap in the room, no drinking glasses, no hand towels, etc. The complimentary breakfasts were poor. All of the "hot" food was cold, no decaf coffee, limited selection, etc. And this was when breakfast first opened between 6 a.m. and 7 a.m., not at 10 a.m. when breakfast was over. Front office personnel seemed disinterested and not attentive. I could go on, but you get the point. With taxes and fees this averaged to over $400 per night. Not even close to worth it.
