The comfortable guest rooms will not disappoint and the convenient location is a great option if you have travel plans through Logan Airport. The onsite restaurant is a bonus at this Hampton Inn. The salt water heated pool with a retractable roof is an unusual bonus. The hotel shuttle can transport guests one mile down the road to the Wood Island subway station which will bring you to downtown Boston within 15 minutes via the blue line. Smoke free premises. 250 units. 7 stories, interior corridors. Accessibility (Call).

At time of reserving 3 rooms, I was told the free shuttle to airport operated 24 hours. When I arrived at the airport at 1:45 AM & called the hotel to request the shuttle, the woman on the front desk stated the shuttle was on break until 3am. Both the woman and man working were less than pleasant and didn’t seem to care about leaving us stranded. Poor customer service! We got a FREE shuttle to take all 6 of us to the hotel. The room I reserved was a king bed but the room I was provided was 2 queen beds. I will not stay here again.

Stayed here because it is close to airport and shuttles run every 20 minutes. left car on the premises for $15/night
The room and bathroom were comfortable and nice. The shuttles to the subway and were friendly and handy and made the price worthwhile. I wish they would have picked up at the Amtrak station. The hotel staff were okay, not bad, but could have been friendlier.
