room was clean, comfortable and spacious. Bathroom was beautiful. shower was easily accessible, no elevator from street level. not enough outlets in room. no refrigerator in room. no convenience store to buy soft drinks, snacks & sundries.
Luxurious rooms, Excellent hotel. Enjoyed our stay
Enjoyed our stay very much - the Concierge was very helpful in helping us plan our days - even mapped out our travels - both on foot through Old Quebec City or in our car to surrounding areas. The Hotel also helped us find cheaper parking in the Hospital garage right around the corner. Hotel was very clean, comfortable and all staff very friendly!
