Gravity Haus Jackson Hole

End of season staffing shortage was pretty evident. Friendly staff, but everything was slow.

While the hotel looks GREAT on the website, it truly is a bit blah on both the inside and outside; especially for the price being charged. I don't mind paying for good accommodations, but for what a night in this place charged, I would highly look elsewhere for a hotel room the next time I am traveling to Jackson. Our room had a "wonderful" view of the outside stairwell and lower kitchen area; definitely NOT what I would have expected by looking online. I know hotels typically show their best rooms and other amenities, but come on guys....don't put me in a room with literally zero view (well, unless you love looking at oak firewood for their kitchen. I will say, out stay was for only one day...and had it been longer I would have strongly argued over the room / accommodations. I would say....hotel guest beware on this establishment.

It was dark and dirty and access to our room was very cumbersome. The staff was not very helpful with their communication.

Mandatory 3% charge added to all food orders regardless of payment method (and staff allegedly cannot remove). Thin walls/floors meant that we could hear every single footstep of the elephant herd staying above us, and every drop from their toilet as well. Showers are terribly designed with a large gap in the shower door where water splashes out. Price is far too expensive for amenities offered. Room was clean, parking was excellent, and staff were courteous.

The photos from their website does not match their rooms at all. Our room was like a cave, very little light and no actual windows. It lacked basic amenities such as a refrigerator and a microwave. The hotel had no ice at all, so not only was there no refrigerator there was no ice to keep food or drinks cold. It was dirty and bedding was stained. Had to speak with the front office many times for lacking of items. Even the outdoor pools were dirty and the pool siding was falling off into the hot tub. Overall the worst experience I’ve ever had at a hotel, and for that type of money towards a hotel that didn’t seem to care, things falling apart, lack of service and even basic amenities this place is like a catfished motel. I should have reviewed the many reviews on google as I would have never went to this place. This hotel was the worst experience regarding our trip and I am so very disappointed and disgusted that I had spent so much money on a place that does not deserve any rating from AAA. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.
