I was under the impression that the hotel provided a loofa . As it was hanging . Used a loofa left by another guest . As I quickly learned they don’t do complimentary loofas as told to me by the staff . Completely disgusting considering Covid and staff infections etc . Has me concerned about everything else I used . Bathroom mats not put down hair in the bathroom everywhere . I’m bald so there’s that . Confirm everything in your room is supposed to be there . I was told the Manager would call me later as I had to go .BRING YOUR OWN STUFF …. Excluding nothing .
