Every staff member was absolutely wonderful and welcoming during my stay, offer any help they could and greeting me with a smile, from the front desk staff, to the restaurant, to housekeeping to room service. This was my best hotel stay ever. 10 out of 10 stars especially to front desk staff Danish for not only helping to extend my stay to include breakfast, but also offering to assist me with my bags and showing me my room accommodations. On checkout, he also arranged an onsite cab who was happy to accommodate one last sightseeing stop before going to the airport. Restaurant manager Jane and her staff deserve 10 out of 10 stars for their warm welcome and Jane herself taking the time to talk with me and providing helpful travel advice. Thank you, Four Points Auckland, and AAA staff (Shellese, Biannca, Alysha and Andrew) for also reaching out to them when I had trouble with my flight over. So appreciative of manager Magda (who I think also was the one who helped me book wonderful group tours that picked up right from the hotel) and Stanly for accommodating my delayed check-in. I got there finally and had an absolutely wonderful time.
