When we arrived and went to the room, my wife couldn't get onto the bed. It was too tall. We have a 13.5 inch bed at home. This had to be at least 20 inches or more. I wanted to check out and find another hotel but they told me my payment was non-refundable. My wife slept on the chair with luggae under her feet for our entire stay.
