Hi, We are happy to see you had a pleasant stay. Regards, Chuck
The front desk staff was exceptional! So friendly and accommodating! Tiffany stood out to me as one of the most welcoming and friendly hosts I've ever encountered! Even the other host I encountered during my stay (whose name unfortunately escapes me) was exceptional as well! The room was clean and the shower was especially amazing! A very large, clean, walk-in shower with great water pressure/shower head! The bed and pillows were comfortable as well. I took a dip in the pool on my first night, which was a warm/heated saltwater pool that was also very clean in and around it. I really appreciated the fact that it was salt water! It is small, but served me well, as there were no other guests in attendance while I was down there. It was a holiday weekend (Memorial Day), so the rate was very high for a 2-night stay compared to other area hotels, but the customer service I received made up for it! I also factored in the free breakfast included in the rate, but.... the breakfast was the downside of the stay. The food was extremely bland and limited and quite frankly inedible. And the coffee was undrinkable in my opinion (and in the opinions of the others who made coffee in the area and tasted it). Every single person commented on how terrible it was and did not drink it. Although the breakfast was complimentary, I did rate 4 stars instead of 5, because if you plan on booking based on the free breakfast, but it's not edible, and you still need to go out to eat, you should be aware.
Hi, We are happy to see you had a pleasant stay. Thank you for providing such a thorough review of your stay. We appreciate the insights regarding the service and the free breakfast. Regards, Chuck
