From the time of check-in, the staff was very personable. The beds were super comfortable. As far as hotel breakfasts go the food was decent, with a good variety!

The room I had reserved was not available upon my arrival and their response was "Oh well". Their customer service leaves a lot to be desired. And the onsite parking at this hotel is minimal at best. If you aren't able to park onsite (and get overcharged) you can park on the street next to a homeless encampment. I will be visiting Denver frequently as my son is now attending school there... I will NOT be staying here again!
