Rooms have a striking design with vivid accent walls, lovely art and sculptures. They range from compact units with one comfy desk chair up to large suites. All have big TVs with streaming capability. Mini tablets are also featured in the rooms and a highlight of the brightly lit bathrooms are heated floors. This heritage conversion hotel has been beautifully designed and has state-of the-art energy and sustainable technology. The shell and some of the most beautiful elements of the former 1929 Vancouver Stock Exchange building have been blended with beautiful art and all LED light fixtures. Gourmands will appreciate the tasty modern Mediterranean menu in the upscale restaurant as well as a more casual wine bar space open in the evening with a tapas menu. Perfect DT Location; Walking to just about Anywhere is spot on; dining, waterfront, museums, shops. (The $48 per night for guaranteed parking underground is Well Worth the general 'parking in a city 'issue. The hotel is Lovely, beds comfy, staff Friendly and Helpful. And that it's very 'green' is a nice Plus.

Great location but real expensive. It was priced about the same as the other downtown hotels. But all of Vancouver is high.
