Parking is a long walk for people with disabilities. Parking garage several hundred feet from hotel. Beds need ladder if not 7ft tall, Beds are 36inches off floor my wife is 5' 3". Noise level is high. No help from people working in building. TV issues was told I had to fix my own TV. Needed cart for check out was told good luck. They said they had no way to print anything. I needed a printed receipt for records. If this is the future of hotels we are in trouble.
