I am giving this hotel 5 stars due to especially Elizabeth the manager of the morning breakfast area!! She was friendly, welcoming, ensuring all of the guests were happy and did they need anything. She brightened the morning/day!! She’s AWESOME, DONT lose her!! The one negative of our whole experience was the evening front desk person. He was unfriendly, rude and needs training in customer service. He would be the one reason we wouldn’t stay there again but Elizabeth is why we would!
