The spacious rooms here are nicely furnished for the business traveler. The impressive modern lobby leads to function spaces which can accommodate multiple groups. The airport is just minutes away. Smoke free premises. 503 units. 12 stories, interior corridors. Accessibility (Call).

Lobby was pretty nice, desk clerk efficient. I was not greeted as a Hilton Honors Member, nor was I given bottles of water. I tried to get a coffee at Starbucks, but the bartender very rudely told me it was closed. The room bathroom was very dated with lots of stains on the moulding. There were no bath towels, so we had go call twice to get them. I had a 3:30 am shuttle, so went to bed about 9:00 pm to get some sleep. A family came in next door about 10:30 pm and were extremely noisy. The kids ran up and down the hall squealing for about half an hr. They finally quieted down about two hrs before I had go get up. The property is about 15 min from the airport. The shuttle was a few minutes late, but dropped us at the terminal, which was very nice! I don't think I would stay here again.

We booked this hotel to be near Port Liberty for our cruise and to park our car for the week. Half of the parking lot is leased out to a 3rd party and those spaces are unavailable with notices to tow. The remainder of the lot is inadequate to accommodate the hotel guests. A hotel employee used the public address system 3 times after 10 pm to announce that a car was improperly parked and needed to be moved. A public address system is to be used for emergencies only such as fire, active *******, or other disasters. To announce to all hotel rooms that a car needed to be moved is an abuse of the system. Her message was unintelligible and the interruption was ridiculous. We arranged for transport to the cruise terminal as part of the hotel stay. The transport representative at the hotel said we had to pay in cash, both ways, to get the promised price. This was unexpected. The driver was responsive and honored both trips. The vehicle used for transport was old and run down which is unusual for transportation companies. It appears that the road that the hotel sits on has not been paved for 5 years. It was in terrible condition with potholes everywhere.
