The bathroom sink backed up, The ice machine was not working on the 4th floor so we had to go to the first floor to the bar to get ice. The trash was not taken out, nor did we get clean towels, we had to go the the front desk and report it.

This place was horrible, from roaches to literal holes in the night stand, ripped wall paper, the hall non smoking smelled like weed, water damage in the ceiling the broken vending machines it was literally horrible.
