Days Inn By Wyndham Santa Fe New Mexico

Hotel is run down, rooms are very tired and smelt moldy. Pool was not available and several people were smoking out of our room. We ended up leaving 30 minutes after we go there.

The hotel is under new management and the right hand doesn't always talk to the left hand. The lock on the door to our room was loose so we had to double check the door every time we went out to confirm the door was locked. Room service only upon request. Breakfast is only a continental breakfast at best. Coffee was good. The pool was not available. The towels were worn and practically falling apart. There is a restaurant but only opens at 11:00 AM The phone in our room did not have a phone cord and eventually I had to go to the front desk and get the phone cord and connect the phone. When I called the front desk, no one ever answered. Lighting in the room was poor. Would not recommend this Days Inn.

It was a horrible experience. I have pictures to share as to how bad the room was kept up. Paint chipping, holes above the shower head, no Wi-Fi in the room, no cover for the remote control batteries, the blow dryer didn’t work, the sheets had rips and the curtains were stained. There was coffee in the lobby for breakfast but no milk and no hot water for tea nor would the staff fill my water bottle ( they told me I had to buy bottled water). I will never stay in a days inn again and I feel I should be compensated. I sent pictures by email to AAA.

I booked this hotel because it came w a free breakfast. The breakfast consisted of a packaged danish, granola bar, and orange juice.
