I was disappointed that our beds were not made every day, even though we did not request change of sheets. Several times we had to request cups for the room along with coffee or decaf. Thankfully, we received fresh towels & washcloths each day. Given the cost of the room per night, we were underwhelmed. Lobby staff were always very accommodating and helpful. Their service was truly appreciated.

Hotel clean. Noisy in room due to dehumidifier and air conditioner running at the same time. Desk clerk for part of the time was a human on a screen. He was helpful and sent me a working hairdryer via housekeeper immediately. I’m Gluten Free and there was nothing I could eat for breakfast. Usually I can make do with oatmeal. There was none. There was no one around to refill cereal for other guests.
