The pool was closed and breakfast wasn't being served as advertised. Housekeeping only replenished bath towels when requested. Light bulbs in room were burnt out. Bathroom wasn't clean. Bath soap bars were too small. No shampoo left in room. Portable refrigerator wasn't clean on the inside. Window air conditioning unit was too noisy.
