Easy to get to from downtown Flagstaff. Super kind staff. I appreciated the online check in and check out processes. Room/keys were ready promptly upon arrival. Hot breakfast with a lot of variety (eggs, sausage patties, yogurt, bread/bagels, muffins, cereal, fruit, oatmeal, coffee). All I recommend is that you bring earplugs if you’re sensitive to sound - trains ran all the time aside from maybe 1 to 6 am. Of course the trains are not the hotel’s fault nor responsibility, just something I wish I knew about so I could sleep better.
Staff was friendly and professional, room was clean and comfortable, breakfast had good variety. The pool and hot tub was a great bonus!
Nice stay, was there 2 nights. Clean and comfortable, nicely updated, comfortable beds. Places to eat close by. Complementary breakfast was OK.
