This large high-rise hotel offers a convenient and prime location right on Times Square. Rooms have a comfortable familiar feel, and some have sweeping views of the Hudson River or of Broadway. The accessibilty of the hotel to the Broadway theaters and Restaurant Row eateries places the guest just minutes away from a wide range of entertainment options. Staff was condescending and unpleasant at check-in. I was asked to move to three different windows even though my leg is in a cast and I walk with a cane. Price I was quoted for parking was $85 a day/ I was charged $140 a day. The Hotel told me they couldn't help because the parking is subcontracted. At check out I asked for help with my luggage because cast/cane. No one helped and my car was left as far away from me as possible?? I have stayed here before and had hoped for improvement....Didn't ruin our trip, we had a wonderful time
