The parking situation is not very good. The drop off area was very congested. The price for valet parking is quite high and the self park is not any better and far. To get back to the hotel, one must walk quite a distance, up and down stairs (with luggage) or try to run across 4 lanes of highway. The staff was for the most part agreeable. When I tried to book through the hotel website, I was only offered a very limited number of rooms. Whereas booking it through AAA I was given many more options. I called the hotel 2 days before check-in to see if it was possible to get a roll away bed for an unexpected family member addition to my room. I was assured it was no problem, they are complimentary and to inform the front desk when to have it delivered to the room. Upon check in I reconfirmed the need of the roll away bed, I was told, no problem, let us know when you want it dropped off. When I called the front desk, they said, oh no, we don't have one and your room wont allow one since it would be a fire hazard. The circuit feeding the bathroom area of the room tripped at least 4 times. Every time a maintenance person would come up, leave and go switch the breaker. We tried to order room service through the QR code system. Kept giving error codes.

The bathing liquid soap was out; the pool sides had trash (used wet tissues and red liquid stuff on the sides of the pool. No microwave, no water, empty refrigerator and a crack on balcony ceiling

The halls smell terrible.. musty.. the parking is the deal breaker.. you have to park across the street... you pay if or you don't use valet. You have to walk up a three story set of stairs to get from the parking lot to the hotel. The bar/restaurant has a fabulous view but they are seriously short staffed. The hiotel staff is polite but I wouldn't say they are ready to jump up and help you with anything. The rooms are good.. clean ... I will never go to this place again..
