The room where I stayed at had roaches and a water bug. When we called and asked the staff to provide some sort of roach trap or raid spray they said they would “look into it” and then never called or handled the situation. Also, I got three different answers and rates regarding when I could extend my stay only for it to be only an hour after check out despite me calling a week and then while I was there asking multiple times. Valet honestly did an amazing job and I greatly appreciate them!
