Disappointed. Front door to room was very difficult to open/close. Jam was broken. In an emergency very unsafe. No light over wash basin. Tile over tub/shower was cracked. Room cleanliness was ok, but corridors had not been vacuumed recently. Parking rate was not on web. Chose this place b/c AAA gave it an HK? rating (no complaints about cleanliness in past 12 months.)
