Excellent location. Great customer team mebers.
Nice area, pretty hotel. Issues: Pricing online shows "with breakfast" or without. " Breakfast" is not provided as a buffet, as is the case in many hotels. "Breakfast" is provided via a kiosk where you can get coffee, muffins, bagel, juice. Coffee is stated as Starbucks, but the day I was there the coffee tasted like warm water, with a little coffee flavoring. Not good. Room was nice. However, had odor - not sure what it was from. Personnel were pleasant and helpful. For travelers: Be forewarned that "breakfast" is not what you think it will be. Limited menu, served by staff behind counter of a kiosk.

Very disappointed! There was no restaurant or bar like what was shown. Saturday there was a private party where you couldn’t use the fire pit or common area. People from the party were blasting music and screaming banging until 4:00 am we had to drive a for 10 hours on Sunday with no sleep. We told the front desk they said oh sorry and did nothing. Our plans to relax and eat at hotel wasn’t something we could do like what was advertised. Deceptive.

We arrived very late & were greeted with a smile by a very friendly person @ the front desk. We had a couple of things we needed help with & the staff were very quick to resolve our issues. The next day upon check out the staff found my daughters phone in our rm & very promptly & kindly found us in the parking lot to return it to us. We are eternally grateful !
