Located in a thriving, redeveloped urban neighborhood, the hotel is connected by an enclosed walkway to the Grand Event Center, a large conference facility. The lobby is large and has an electronic information board with details about area restaurants and attractions. You can relax in the evening on the patio. It is furnished with tables and chairs; it also has a very large fire pit. First floor rooms have higher ceilings. Smoke free premises. 135 units. 4 stories, interior corridors.

The staff was friendly and welcoming. The rooms were clean, the beds very comfortable, plenty of good restaurants within walking distance or a short drive.
