Newly renovated. Still had that new carpet smell.

The room was nice but there were several amenities that were on the website that were not included in the stay. For example, the website stated that breakfast was included in the price, but that was incorrect. The items that were available were minimal and expensive. There was no restaurant at the hotel. Our stay was okay but not what we have received at other Courtyard Hotels by Marriott and disappointing to say the least. We had to go to the third floor to get ice (the other ice machines on the first and second floors were not working).
