Room rate was priced competively. Staff needs work on being cordial and friendly. Room smelled musty and damp. Paper at desk showed planned hot meal at breakfast on paper at desk. Hot meal didn't happen. No explanation given. No apology. Location of hotel noticeably inconvenient especially for going out of hotel parking lot. With all that said I would rate the hotel average at best. It was a room and bath for the night. Would not revisit.
