Comfort Suites Denver Tech Center

Check-in was a nightmare… The front desk operator said their entire system crashed and he had to search for our rooms manually… He would take a keycard upstairs, one room at a time, to check if rooms were ready… We waited well over an hour to get checked in at 10pm after driving 14 hours… The hotel Wi-Fi was awful and kept dropping our entire stay… Our room keys would not work consistently… I had to go down four times the first day to have them rekeyed… The second day, I had them rekeyed twice and finally asked for a new set… I was told that “the system is old and doesn’t work right anymore”… The hot tub jets sprayed straight up out of the water and were really not relaxing at all… The faucet in our kitchenette area was loose and very cheap plastic… No vending machines and the marketplace items were overpriced - $2 for a can soda… We ended up having to cut our vacation short by a day and, upon checkout, the front desk operator kept stating we had a balance due… I informed him that my credit card had already been charged for the full stay amount the day we arrived… I noticed on the drive home that the hotel tried charging me a second time for the adjusted rate, then charged me for a single day rate, then credited me for the single day rate… They finally figured it out TWO DAYS later when my credit card received a refund for their errors and a credit for the final day that we did not stay… The only reason I am giving this place three stars is due to the size of our room and the very friendly housekeeping staff who made sure we had plenty of towels and toilet paper for our family of five…

Clean, simple, quiet, affordable and a great location. This was the best inexpensive stay I've ever booked!

We stay at choice hotel because of its value. But we thought we booked a handicap room. When she got to the room it was clean and nice but my wife could barely get through the batthroom doorway. (With her wheelchair) .
