The only reason I'm giving this hotel 2 stars is because of the "free" hotel shuttle. The driver was great, but we waited for 1 1/2 hours for our ride. Their shuttle van has the image of the on-site Pizza restaurant on the side of the van. The name of the hotel was not visible unless you stood right in front of it. I thought it was a delivery van for a pizza parlour, so missed it at least once when we were waiting. I tried to call the hotel to find out what the shuttle van looked like but no one knew what the van looked like. I made 3 calls to the hotel trying to arrange our shuttle but they did not have record of my prior 2 calls. finally they took my phone number and called me from the van sitting less than 20' away.After traveling all day, it was very frustrating to stand in front of the Ohara airport for 1 1/2 hours for a ride. Other hotel shuttles were very clearly marked and they came thru multiple times while we were waiting (like Loews, Hilton, etc.)
