The atrium lobby at this large downtown hotel offers a variety of seating areas. All of the sleek rooms provide 55-inch TVs and front-lit bathroom mirrors. Some rooms also offer balconies or patios. The seasonal outdoor pool is one of the best in the city and features an attractive waterfall. Riverfront Park can be found via a short walk across the footbridge. Smoke free premises. 411 units. 5-11 stories, interior corridors. Accessibility (Call).

Front desk staff was friendly and lobby and parking lot was clean. Room was mostly clean but oddly decorated. There were several damaged areas on the walls that were patched but not painted. Made it look a bit trashy, and I was surprised that this is part of the Davenport Hotel Collection considering how nice their other hotels are. The hotel is old and therefore not enough outlets in the right areas for plugging in devices. The lamp switch was broken. Heat worked well but blew extremely loud through the vent, which interfered with sleep. The bed was clean but much too soft and squishy for my liking. Pillows were much too full, making it uncomfortable for sleeping as a result. The liquid shower soap bottle (attached to shower wall) was completely empty, so I had to step out of the shower several times to get to the liquid hand soap at the sink (also attached to the wall). Restaurant servers were very friendly but seemed short-staffed and service took longer than expected. Food was good but the menu is limited. Disappointed that there was an additional fee for hotel parking, though they did validate our parking due to the reason for our stay. The outdoor pool had yet to be open but when I dipped my hand in to check the temperature out of curiosity, the water was very warm.
