Overall we would book this resort again. Rooms were very nice compared to other resorts we have stayed on Grand Bahama Island. Keep in mind they may not be to standards at more high end resorts but they work hard to provide a nice comfortable stay with clean rooms and functional amenities. While I have graded many of the functions as Good (below), I would have graded many as "Very Good" had that been an option. Hotel Staff know that customer service is important and the majority are kind and courteous. We came away with many employees regarded as friends. Beach and pools are great while food was OK and not what one might expect from a resort except, that you are in the Bahamas and not the US mainland. The resort prices are comparable for the island with alcohol and food included. Keep in mind the island is still recovering from Hurricane Dorian and the pandemic. There is not a lot to do but that is fine with us as we enjoy peaceful days in the sun and surf with evenings under the stars. You get plenty of both in the Bahamas.
