One of the closest hotels to the airport, this budget hotel offers complimentary breakfast with a popular make-your-own pancake machine, eggs, daily-changing protein and yogurt parfaits. Gluten and lactose options are always available upon request. Comfortable beds, 37" HDTV's and Argan oil hair products are highlights of the rooms. Smoke free premises. 101 units. 3 stories, interior corridors.

We checked in, reviewed the room and returned to the lobby. I asked the owner for room air freshener. My daughter was concerned about the smoking charge, as no one smoked. She asked about several social media reviews where guest had received bills for smoking charges after staying at the hotel. The owner became enraged. I tried to calm him and I said to him his behavior was inappropriate and threatening. He acted as though he was going to be violent. He cursed saying "I don't give a Damn and Get the hell out of my hotel". We asked for a $0.00 balance receipt. He printed a paper not $0.00 balance and threw it at us. This was recorded. Two employees witnessed his explosive reaction. The hotel video MUST be reviewed. This placed my family in a precarious situation, as it was after 11PM. I was traveling with my daughters and grandchild. We parked next door at the Hampton to search for a hotel with available rooms. It took over an hour to find a location to stay. I am 75 years old, travel a lot, favor Best Western, through all my years of travel, I have never ever received this type of treatment. This owner needs to be removed, as his actions and behavior were not in the best interest of the Best Western Brand.

It was close enough to the airport and near the freeway entrance.
