Lackluster reception at the front desk. Gave us the wrong room. Key didn't work. The new room was being cleaned when we arrived. Unavailable. Dirty Pool. Poor and dirty looking breakfast area. No hairnet on the employee who doubled as kitchen staff and front desk staff. Broken pancake machine. Will not be back if attending Hershey Park again which was its own disaster. Thought we'd find a bit of solace back at the hotel, but no.

Advertise indoor pool. That is why we booked this particular hotel. Checked in, went to go to swim pool was closed, hot tub closed. I went to the front desk to ask when pool would be available. He said in a few days. Didn't offer me any type of discount or anything to make up for false advertising of amenities!
I recently stayed at this hotel, and if it were possible to give a rating of zero stars, I would do so without hesitation. My experience was nothing short of a nightmare from the moment I checked in. First and foremost, the room was absolutely filthy. It was apparent that the cleaning staff had not even attempted to do their job. There was trash under the beds, on counters, and even inside the fridge. I can't comprehend how such a basic aspect of hotel maintenance could be overlooked. To make matters worse, my room was missing pillows and a blanket. When I inquired about this at the front desk, I was met with indifference and a complete lack of concern. The staff member at the front desk seemed more interested in their phone than addressing my issues. As if that wasn't enough, the pullout couch bed in my room was broken, making it completely unusable. I had booked this room with the expectation of using that bed, so this was a major inconvenience. The final straw for me was the fact that the pool, which was the main reason I chose this hotel, was closed. The sign at the front desk stated that it was under repair, but when I asked the front desk attendant for an estimate of when it would reopen, I was informed that it would be closed for the entire duration of my stay. I specifically chose this hotel because of the pool, as there was little else to do on the premises. This lack of transparency and the inconvenience it caused me was absolutely unacceptable. In summary, my stay at this hotel was a complete disaster. The room was unsanitary, the service was unfriendly and inattentive, and the amenities I had counted on were unavailable. I strongly advise against staying at this establishment, as it was a miserable experience from start to finish.

It was clean though with a strong smell of cleanser. The appliances were all unplugged but they did work once they were plugged back in. The tub badly needed re-caulking along the floor. The key card was temperamental but it did work after sufficient fiddling. Overall the facility was clean but definitely shows signs of wear. It served my purpose as an overnight stop but I would not relish remaining there for more than a day or two at most.
