We checked in late afternoon, unloaded all our gear into the room and realized we had no hot water. I reported to the office and they told me they would have it fixed in a couple hours. We went out to dinner, returned to our room at 8pm, still no hot water. The office said they're still working on it. No hot water all night or the next morning. Found out that the entire wing of the motel was affected. I contacted Motel 6 main office by telephone. They said they would contact me in 5 days. They never did. When I called back, the main office said I would have to contact the local manager in Sonora. I called numerous times but then line was always busy. Very disappointing. I had stayed here once before and enjoyed my stay. Never again!
