Located in northern San Antonio, this lodging is conveniently located minutes from the airport and the popular Stone Oak area. All rooms have cool ceiling fans and comfy separate sitting areas. The key US 281/Loop 1604 location permits unfettered travel north, east, west and south. Smoke free premises. 77 units, some efficiencies. 3 stories, interior corridors.

The hotel lobby was very clean and the room was clean there was a little hair on the bathroom but other than that very cozy.
Our bathroom was filthy. The toilet base hasn't been cleaned in years. There was debris in each corner of the bathroom. The shower base was rusted out in spots. The walls were dirty. I am very disappointed in Best Western. In past travels I could always count On BW hotel being clean. Not anymore. The last 2 I have stayed at have had problems. Apparently they are not being maintained. Drains don't work, showers leak, plumbing is inadequate.
