I was incredibly surprised by the work ethic, and Conditions of this hotel. The ratings were mixed. So I was not sure what to expect. From check in to check out I found all the employees commited to customer service. Even though it is not a new facility and have some years on her, I found it well maintained. I found the breakfast offerings more than adequate. And the breakfast area clean and well stocked. The Lady who set up, was on top of maintaining that state of being. I have traveled the World with the experience of staying in every kind of place. I don't expect perfection. Especially if I'm not paying a large nightly rate. I stayed in places charging 3 times this amount which didn't come close to the experience I received or found here. I flew in from Italy, a last minute decision, to attend a dear friends Wedding, which I did not think I could make. I came on the 14th and left on the 16th....so it was important that I got my rest. Thank You Ladies and Gentlemen.

Bathroom needed a soap dish to keep soap in. Grout was dirty and needed cleaning. No tv directory to know what the channels were.
