Extremely helpful. Came in the wee hours of the morning after flight delay and when I had trouble with my credit card, concierge found a solution until I could resolve my problem. Served a real hot breakfast. Eggs and more daily along with cold choices. Comfortable room.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean but the heater never came on during a cold night. The location is right off the 5 freeway so it was noisy and their was street repair that night making a loud pounding noise until 1 a.m. in the morning.
