Dogs barked all night. Kids above me ran and jumped until 2 am. Then dogs barked at 6 am for an hour. Oh yeah, the lights went out in my room at night. No one else’s. Just mine. Did not enjoy my stay!!

This inn was as clean as any I’ve ever patronized, including the Ritz Carlton and Waldorf Astoria. Seriously. The staff must have been selected based on their superior EQ (emotional quotient). They were thoughtful and attentive. The cleaning staff responded to greetings with direct eye contact and a cheerful smile & greeting. The inn’s staff courteousness was all the more important to us given that eight or nine of the rooms had people in town for a family funeral. The manager should be grateful for the outstanding staff she/he has gathered.
