This place is repulsive. THEY HAVE BED BUGS AND KNOW ABOUT IT AND WILL NOT ANSWER EMAILS OR PHONE CALLS ABOUT IT. The outside doors from the parking lot do not lock so there is a huge safety hazard. The hotel was filthy with literal hair and dirt and trash everywhere. Sana is the general manager and is WELL AWARE of the bed bug problem but will not respond to emails or phone calls when presented the problem because she apparently is “in class” every single week. They said they were refunding me and then charged my card double and then when I called back about it, she just said it was an accident, so now I am waiting for the additional $300 to be refunded as well! Corporate is absolutely no help, I reached out to them and they only can go off of what the hotel says. ABSOLUTELY UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHOULD YOU STAY HERE!!!! If I could give this place and Sana in particular a lower rating than 0 it would still be too much.
Clean. Surprised not a single hook in bathroom to hang things on.

Clean and well-maintained with excellent staff. Swimming pool was a nice bonus and is indoors. Kids loved it, will visit again when we are in the area.
