Checking in/out was easy, room was very clean, and the breakfast options were nice. The room had some wear and tear, the toilet was not secure and rocked when using. Also the turn into the hotel from the street was easy to miss, there should be a bigger sign.
It needs room renovation. Dark flooring is outdated. Carpet needs to be changed. My room’s left window could be opened from outside. I put a latch to close.
Hotel staff in lobby were not friendly or helpful.
