There wasn’t enough info given about the hotel amenities when you arrive, location & times. You basically check in & here’s your room number. No channel lineup for tv, arrow up & down and half of the channels don’t exist. Staff was friendly, room was clean.

Lacked adequate lighting in parking lot. Outside doors were not locked. Tile missing from building interior walls. Hallway Carpets not vacuumed. Hallway lighting too dim. Whirlpool emptied and roped off. No telephone service in room. Front desk alerted. Said he’d send a maintenance person. No one ever arrived. Ice machines out of service. Room was clean but bath fixtures outdated.
Personnel extremely courteous and helpful; room was clean and comfortable. Facility is in a good area with plenty of amenities nearby.
