For the price, this was a nice motel and room. Our room had a small kitchen, which we didn’t use (overnight stay). The bathroom was also very large for the price. The overall room was pretty large with a couch (in addition to the king bed). The room was relatively clean, though it appeared a little dated. The motel is located in a nice area in Wichita, near a Costco. My only real complaint was the picture quality of the satellite (Dish, I recall) television; most of the channels were fuzzy, some more than others; I assume all rooms and perhaps many other satellite customers were similarly affected, though I don’t know that for certain.
