Encompassing fourteen acres of lush and tropical grounds, the Bahia is the first hotel built on Mission Bay. A variety of rooms are located either steps away from the bay or facing a tranquil garden. A 1967 restored Airstream has been converted into a portable cafe serving breakfast and lunch. A variety of activities perfect for families include bike and boat rentals, playground, oversize pool area, seal-watching in the on-site pond and easy access to Mission Beach. Smoke free premises. 313 units, some efficiencies. 1-5 stories (no elevator), interior/exterior corridors. Accessibility (Call).

Resort is beautiful. Just outside there is a growing homeless problem. We purchased the lowest rate and the rooms were too old and musty. The staff was extremely helpful and they upgraded us to a suite with brand new furniture. We had a great time!
