Located on the Hillsborough River, the hotel offers rooms of varying sizes decorated in, as the name suggests, a loft-style approach. All of the rooms offer city or water views. The property is just a short walk to numerous museums and the convention center. Smoke free premises. 130 units. 6 stories, interior corridors. Bath: shower only. Accessibility (Call).

Bathroom was dirty when we arrived. Manager was apologetic and cleaned it himself and compensated with meal and drink tickets. He was professional. I would not stay again.
