While they allowed us to check in early, they was working on the elevator which took a while to get to the room. The carpet on the floor we stay on was dirty and has various stains. On the last day, they added a bench outside the elevator so people can sit there and wait but it also dirty as well. The room was okay no tubing special. Needs a major improvement or update. The pictures don’t do this place justice and be misleading.

I had to sit in the lobby for about 30 minutes because they never received the payment for my room from you guys. Then the room was not the best look room. The floor was dirty and for the price of the room it makes it not worth the money.
