Our reservation of 2 rooms with 2 queen beds was not honored One room had just one bed > they initially tried to charge us for a roll away and wanted to add extra fees because of a 3rd party booking. As a result of their not having an extra bed they did not charge us the "extras' including the beach and pool access fee- which was stated to be included,

For the price charged over $300 for a night, I expected more. Hotel is very outdated and room was dark and needed better cleaning. Pool area was small, elevators were small and slow. They charge an additional resort fee. This is no resort. Breakfast was below average. Was in a good area Condado, but that's about all that was good about it.
