Room 217, had no phone, no clock, the microwave and fridge would not stay plugged in. For an accessible room, the bathtub was difficult to carry someone into. We had to open the door, then get as close to the right-side wall to close the door (three or us in there...one being in my arms), close the door, put the man in the tub. We requested a roll in shower. They were not available, but we could do a regular tub. This door openting the way it does made it very difficult. We made it work. We could not get a wakeup call. I stayed up all night! On the way back, we did tell them at the desk about the room that night, we were offered the same room! We refused and were given the correct room ...121. People were very nice!!! We have stayed her many times because we like it. I made a video but I erased it. This was in Redding CA.

Shower knob broken. Bike locked on a bike rack stolen, hotel staff very unhelpful. Transients in parking lot openly changing clothes . No security. Breakfast poor with very few options. Would not recommend staying here
