10 Night New Zealand Holiday Cruise
10 Nights - Ovation of the Seas - Departed from Sydney, Australia
This cruise surpassed my expectations in every aspect. I felt like royalty. I recommend this cruise as a comprehensive introduction to Sydney, Australia, and Napier, Port Charles/Christchurch, and Dunedin. My only quibble is when Royal Caribbean's Ovation of the Seas rocked and swayed in high winds and water. But that was a very minor complaint. This marvelous trip fulfilled a bucket list item and inspires me to take a cruise around the Australian continent in the future.
7 Night Alaska Experience Cruise
7 Nights - Ovation of the Seas - Departed from Seattle, Washington
The excursions were either too short or we were misinformed. ( I.e. we were told at the last minute that we had one hour to walk a mile to and back from a hike to a waterfall in Juneau and a Native American excursion trail.). That happened in two excursions. We wish there was more information at the start , so we could have plan accordingly to move a little faster. Or choose a little more wisely. We were nimble enough to finish the excursion, but felt bad for others who were not prepared/ able to do so.

Thé ship skipped a port call before they even sailed . They skipped another one during sailing which due to lack of maintenance on the tender boat.
