Our stateroom attendant, Wellington, was consistently pleasant and hardworking. All staff positions and roles are critical to a guest’s enjoyment but it is only the stateroom attendant that is most intimately involved with the passenger’s experience. They are after all, the only person allowed into a guest’s most private personal space. Everything about this experience was superb…the service exceeded my expectations. I was so sad to disembark. I may book a celebrity cruise for all my future vacations because I’ve never had a better time than on board Apex. I loved LOVED my stateroom (ocean view). It was perfectly spacious and then some. Entertainment, food, spa…world class. But I especially LOVED the staff and their consistent attention to customer service. It was obvious that the passenger’s comfort and joy on their vacation is the most important job of each crew member. Spot on job well done. Thank you!

The ship is beautiful and well maintained. The staff was very nice and our waitress in the Cosmopolitan, Andyani, was fantastic! Our stateroom was very comfortable.
