Icon of the Seas is an amazing ship - food is excellent and they provide lots of entertainment. I like the multiple pools and always places to sit whether in or out of the sun. Very Nice BIG ship.

The Icon surpassed my expectations. The service was outstanding, the ship was beautiful and it never felt crowded. The stateroom was well designed and there was a lot of storage space. The quality of the musical performances was particularly high. I would book another Icon cruise without hesitation.

The cruise was wonderful. I was promised gifts for booking with AAA and it was never received. It was suppose to chocolate covered strawberries and champagne.

This was our first time on a cruise of this capacity. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the ship was not "crowded" and access to all shows and entertainment was accessible. The ship's staff and all services on board were exceptional. This was the Icon of the Seas one year anniversary and they celebrated at sea and it was great. The food and shows were of the highest quality. I booked through AAA and they were very pleasant and helpful, thorough and prompt in addressing all my questions and concerns. A pleasure and easy to communicate with! I will say I was not expecting the pools on board ship not to be heated and they were quite cold. Also, the Caribbean waters were cooler than expected, just saying.
